I am an experienced organizational development consultant who specializes in facilitating executive team interactions including group decision-making and problem solving processes. I have:
Designed and facilitated change interventions,
Developed and delivered leadership programs for executives and managers,
Coached teams through process improvement,
Designed and instructed interpersonal skill development courses, and
Coached individual executives and executive teams on personal and organizational change.
My clients are primarily senior executives in a variety of fields including technology design and development, government services, high and low tech manufacturing, human resources, accounting, academia, not-for-profit and healthcare.
In an OD career spanning more than 25 years, I have led the change management effort in an organization implementing SAP, developed and led the Organizational Culture and Leadership practice in a consulting company, developed and implemented culture and leadership assessments, designed and delivered interpersonal skills training in the Americas, Europe and Asia for a premier professional services firm, and instructed MBA students at the Haas Graduate School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
I graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.I am a Master Certified Trainer in Crucial Conversations® Training and a Certified Trainer in Influencer® Training, both awarding winning training products from VitalSmarts LLC. I am also certified in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
